A 40-year-old man named Akiru Furusho worked as a zoo ranger in the city of Kagoshima.
After the closure of the reserve, other employees went around the territory. They found an unconscious man in a cage with white tigers. In order to figure out what happened, they had to euthanize the animals using darts with sleeping pills.
Only after this, the workers were able to deliver Akira Furusho to the hospital with numerous injuries, including those with deep wounds on his neck. But the man could not be saved.
Police and rescue workers arrived at the scene. The fate and condition of the big cat is still unknown.
