A resident of St. Petersburg has established its own production of worms and beetles. She specially breeds these insects to make them various dishes and treats for friends. An unusual eco-farm was reported by the Internet agency MIR 24.
Alina Gabrielova - this is the name of the girl inventor from St. Petersburg.
From grown worms and locusts, Alina prepares delicious dishes: salads, pasta, pizza and even desserts. As the girl herself explains, eating so much more profitable than buying meat in a store. She always has enough protein in her diet. She talks about her hobby as if it were dill or basil grown on the windowsill.
Alina has many supporters, mainly those who advocate the preservation of the environment, since processing plants and pastures are not needed for insect breeding. And some of them put forward the idea of serving exotic dishes in restaurants and cafes.
